I immediately went back to Lucy and agreed that if she were to email me the document I would print it, staple it, place in an addressed envelope and deliver it for her. She said she would come back to me.

I did not hear anything from her until another email at 16:00 the following after noon asking to go ahead. The pdfs were attached and within the hour they were printed off as instructed and delivered to the competition address. The hard copy proof of delivery was then scanned and sent back to Lucy.
